AC3: Multiplayer Manhunt Glitch (Rare)

I chose the character for the rest of the team to be (The Bear) and for some reason (the other team chose the The Night Stalker) one of their teammates was the bear even though they were supposed to be the The Night Stalker. *RARE GLITCH*

ALSO

I encountered another glitch where (you know when you go to a blend spot where it is up against a wall and you lean against the wall and cross your arms) my friend was stuck in that animation of leaning against the wall and he was sliding about on the floor instead of running. Unfortunately just before I could take the picture my friend thought a target was in front of him but he attacked a civilian and that took him out of being stuck in the animation of leaning against the wall, this stopped me from having time to take the pic.

ALSO

A day or two before I had a pursuer chasing me and they were about 17m away and they attacked (the attack with the spear where you jump at their back and stab their back) and they slid/flew extremely fast towards me from 17m away and stabbed me. I don't know if this was just a glitch, lag or a hack.
